Admission Procedure

Consulting

  • Parents can directly contact the Admission Office to be consulted about the curriculum choices and enrollment procedure. In case of parents from organizations, units who wish to have group-consultation, please contact in advance so that the school can arrange transportation and suitable consulting time.
  • Admission Application Form (please scroll to bottom of the page to download this form) would be emailed to enquiry@cis.edu.vn or being filled during the visit for further process.

Entrance

  • Yhe Admission Officer will arrange for entrance assessment upon receipt of completed Admission Application Form.
  • The school may request previous school year report cards, school reports or transcripts before or after the assessment.
  • At BCIS: Assessment will be conducted with English, Mathematics and Literacy (in Vietnamese).
  • Applicants may also be required to attend an face-to-face interview with the Leadership team prior to the acceptance.
  • Upon receipt of the assessment’s results from the Principal Office, the Admission officer will inform parents immediately, providing proper advice and conditional requirements upon cases.
  • Placement is subject to availability and therefore applicants are encouraged to submit all application documents as soon as possible in order to minimize the possibility of being wait-listed

Enrollment

  • Upon enrollment acceptance, following documents are required:
    • Completed Admission Application Form (please scroll to bottom of the page to download this form)
    • Passport or birth certificate (copy)
    • Original school report cards, translated into English (as applicable)
    • Certificate of Primary completion
    • Secondary School Diploma
    • Physical Evaluation signed by a doctor
    • Immunization Record (copy – if any)
    • School transfer acceptance (if required)
  • Payment of Tuition Fee (in Vietnamese Dong or by bank transfers)
  • The school will conduct the class-arrangement for students and inform parents with the enrollment schedule.
